The Croatian and Argentinian U-15 national teams both had two victories behind them when they met in this match for the first place in Group A of the "Vlatko Marković" U-15 International Tournament. By the end of the first half-time, however, Argentina had already secured the top spot in the group with five goals. Their victory was confirmed by an additional goal in the second half-time.

In the third round of the tournament, Slovakia beat China (1:0; Gajdoš 39'-11m), while Mexico won against Serbia (2:1; Corpus 27', 47' / Lazetić 67'), and Greece won against Korea (2:1; Smyrlis 59', Kantelis 65' / Lee 70').
The final of the Tournament will be played in Medulin on Sunday, at 15:00 h, with Argentina and Mexico in the running for the title. Croatia will meet Mexico in the third place play-off match (Medulin, 12:30 h). The play-off match for the fifth place will be played between Slovakia and Korea (Medulin, 11:00 h), while China and Serbia will meet in the seventh place play-off match (Medulin, 09:30 h).
