Following the loss to Spain in Berlin, Croatia faced Albania, and after the exciting 90 minutes of football, both teams managed to win their first EURO 2024 point.
Albania took the lead on 11 minutes, when Laci headed the ball in, and Kramarić found the equalized on 74 minutes, finishing off one of many Croatia's moves in the second half.
Only two minutes later, Sučić's strike was double-deflected to force Gjasula's own goal as Croatia came back to lead 2:1 in the closing minutes. However, deep into added time, Gjasula atoned with the goal that made it 2:2.
