The seminar brought together representatives of eleven national associations — the host FAI (Ireland) alongside delegates from Croatia, Estonia, Germany, Gibraltar, Iceland, Italy, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland and Wales. The main objective of the gathering was to exchange best practices and strengthen the development of coaches in women’s football.

The programme, jointly designed by UEFA and the host association, included presentations and the sharing of materials for further implementation within national associations.
