Rijeka defeated Osijek in both Croatian Cup semifinal legs, while Dinamo overcame Split with a convincing win and a draw.

Dinamo Zagreb settled most issues in the first leg of Croatian Cup semifinals stage, winning over RNK Split 6:0. The return leg was practically a formality, and ended in a goalless draw (0:0).

Rijeka had a two-goal advantage from the first leg against Osijek (3:1), and confirmed the final berth away from home, winning the returning leg 2:0.

Croatian Cup final is scheduled on 31 May in Varaždin, with Dinamo Zagreb as the defending champions.
