On February 4, HNS organized a Club Licensing Workshop for the 2019/20 season. The workshop was held in the offices of HNS Football Academy and was attended by representatives of clubs in the first and second tier of Croatian football.

Club representatives were greeted by HNS president Davor Šuker, who spoke on the importance that HNS gives to the club licensing process, as well as inviting all clubs to contact the Licensing Department whenever they have questions or issues regarding licensing.

UEFA's head of licensing Aleš Zavrl held a lecture on the new UEFA Club Licensing & Financial Fair Play Regulations and presented an analysis of European club football. President Šuker presented him with a Croatia jersey bearing the name of the world's best football player - Luka Modrić.

HNS's head of international affairs and licensing Ivančica Sudac presented the important new points in the updated HNS Club Licensing Regulations.

Along with president Šuker, the workshop was also attended by executive director Damir Vrbanović and HNS secretary Vladimir Iveta.

Additional presentations were held on the specific segments of club licensing- sporting criteria were presented by Vatroslav Mihačić, infrastructure criteria by Vibor Granić, personnel and administrative criteria by Matija Puhak, legal criteria by Tanja Peraković, and financial criteria by Vladimir Topolnjak.

Ivančica Sudac and Vladimir Topolnjak presented the results and analysis of club licencing from previous procedures, after which the course participants had the opportunity to ask questions on the process.
