The Croatian Football Federation (HNS) has further modernized its ticketing system, following the latest trends in ticket distribution. Tickets will still be purchased through the existing HNS ticketing portal, but instead of printing them at home (print@home), fans will now receive their tickets directly in the "HNS Tickets" mobile app.
ONLINE PURCHASE
All fans who bought tickets online for the matches against France will receive instructions on how to download the app and retrieve their tickets within the app via the email address they used when purchasing—on Friday, March 14.
PURCHASE AT PETROL SALES LOCATIONS
We remind all fans who bought tickets at Petrol sales locations to follow the steps outlined on the purchase confirmation. This includes scanning the QR code from the confirmation and entering the email address where they want to receive their tickets. Afterward, the email must be verified by clicking the appropriate link in the message.
CAN YOU ENTER THE STADIUM WITHOUT THE APP?
No. For the upcoming matches against France in Split and Paris, entry will only be possible with the "HNS Tickets" app and the ticket(s) stored in it. The "print at home" option is no longer available. Entry with a printed receipt or purchase confirmation—or any document other than a ticket within the "HNS Tickets" app—will not be accepted.
DO THESE RULES APPLY TO AWAY MATCHES AS WELL?
The new app-based entry system will be used for all home matches of the Croatian national team, as well as away matches where technically possible and agreed upon with the host. For the match against France in Saint-Denis, this has been successfully arranged with the French Football Federation, and the same rules will apply.
CAN TICKETS BE PURCHASED IN THE HNS TICKETS APP?
No. The app is used only to receive tickets and to enter the stadium. Tickets for Croatian national team matches are still purchased through the same ticket portal as before.
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE HNS TICKETS APP?
The HNS Tickets app is free and available for iOS and Android devices in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
