Combining elite performance innovation with elements deeply rooted in Croatian culture and identity, the jerseys celebrate the heritage, pride and passion that define Croatian football.
The launch marks the beginning of a new chapter for one of international football's most recognisable national teams. Having established itself as a consistent force on the global stage, Croatia now takes to the pitch in adidas for the first time as part of the new partnership announced earlier this year.
The new home jersey builds on Croatia's unmistakable red-and-white checkerboard design, one of the most iconic looks in international football. For the first time, the checks incorporate letters from the Glagolitic script, the oldest known Slavic alphabet and a significant symbol of Croatian cultural heritage. The Glagolitic characters are woven throughout the checkerboard pattern, creating a distinctive interpretation of Croatia's most recognisable football emblem. A special back-neck sign-off features the word "Croatia" written in Glagolitic script, further connecting the jersey to an important chapter of the nation's cultural history.

The away jersey takes inspiration from Croatia's long-standing tradition of lace craftsmanship, a decorative art form that has been passed down through generations and remains a familiar element of homes and communities across the country. The intricate lace-inspired graphic covers the deep blue base of the jersey, creating a detailed and contemporary visual expression of Croatian culture. Completing the design is a distinctive neck sign-off featuring "HRVATSKA" in a cross-stitch-inspired typeface, further celebrating traditional craftsmanship through a modern football lens.

“These jerseys are much more than just innovative football kits and bold aesthetic statements. In collaboration with adidas, we have chosen a design that embodies the perfect fusion of local pride and a global attitude. This is precisely what our country has always stood for, and it is now set to be continued by the next generation of fans and players”, says Marijan Kustić, President of the Croatian Football Federation.
Both jerseys have been developed to meet the demands of top-level football and incorporate adidas' latest CLIMACOOL+ technology, using engineered stretch fabrics with 3D body mapping to improve ventilation, enhance breathability and help keep players dry in high-intensity and high-temperature conditions. Perforated three-stripe panels and strategically placed mesh zones further improve airflow and comfort.

The men's national team will make its debut in the new home and away jerseys during the upcoming UEFA Nations League fixtures.
In addition to the new home and away jerseys, adidas also presents the wider Croatian National Team collection, including shorts, socks, training wear and culturewear, giving fans more ways to express their connection with the team both on and off the pitch.
The jerseys and wider apparel collection are available from today on official HNS online store. Choose your gear, step into a new era of Croatian football and wear it with pride.
