The 11th Extraordinary UEFA Congress approved amendments to the UEFA Statutes, including the stipulation that the female UEFA Executive Committee member be elected by Congress.

The female representative on the UEFA Executive Committee will now be elected by the UEFA Congress, as opposed to being appointed by the UEFA Executive Committee. It would be possible for the female member to come from a country already represented on the Executive Committee. The new statutes become effective on 1 March 2016 and the first such election will thus take place at the 40th Ordinary UEFA Congress in Budapest on 3 May.

The Congress approved the 2014–15 financial report and approved the budget for 2016–17. The UEFA President and the Executive Committee Report and the Report of the UEFA Administration 2014/15 were also approved. These reports are publicly available on http://uefa.to/1l58JLf.

Additionally, the UEFA Congress was presented with the reforms that will be proposed to the Extraordinary FIFA Congress on Friday and was advised on the importance of adopting these reforms for the good of world football.

The head of Croatian delegation was the Croatian Football Federation president Davor Šuker, alongside CEO Damir Vrbanović, first vice-president Zdravko Mamić, and head of international affairs and licensing Ivančica Sudac.
