At today's session, Croatian Football Federation Executive Committee has selected the broadcasting and media partner for its competitions in the four upcoming seasons.

Following the termination of contract with Endorphin Magine, HNS management has held the meetings with companies interested in purchasing the broadcasting and media rights. Three official offers for the purchase of broadcasting rights were submitted - by A1 Hrvatska, Hrvatski Telekom, and Sportklub with AB SportConsulting. Simultaneously, SuperSport offer was submitted for the media rights.

At today's session, Croatian Football Federation Executive Committee has considered these three submitted offers and decided to select the offer by Hrvatski Telekom, the highest in total value, nine million euros per year. In a four-year period, the estimated duration of the contract, Hrvatski Telekom's total payment to HNS will amount to 36 million euros.

Moreover, SuperSport offer for the media rights, in total value of 1.5 million euros per season for sponsorship rights and 500,000 euros per season for betting rights, has been accepted.

In total, HNS has secured 44 million euros for broadcasting and media rights in the four upcoming years.

"In accordance with the last week's announcement, we have quickly found the best solution for Croatian clubs and the overall Croatian football. The negotiations with the interested companies have revealed the major interest in Croatian club football, and the accepted offers by Hrvatski Telekom and SuperSport are the best confirmation of its value. We are happy to continue the partnership with Hrvatski Telekom, who has been a great partner of Croatian football in a number of years, and we have no doubt that this partnership will be extremely successful. This is an exceptional step forward for the HNS and our clubs, and I am convinced that these 44 million euros will ensure the further development of the First Division and every other competition", said HNS president Marijan Kustić.

Additionally, an agreement has been reached between Hrvatski Telekom and HRT, in order to broadcast one match per league round on national television.
